  • Candidate of Geography (Russian Federal Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography, 2004). Thesis title: ‘Studies of the Changes in the Chemical Structure of the Caspian Sea during the last 70 years’

Research Interests

Ancient shipbuilding, ancient Egyptian shipbuilding, ancient navigation and seafaring, maritime archaeology, underwater archaeology, ancient shipwrecks.
